News from the GSR think tank. For the first time, you can use a thread template to precisely determine the metric internal and external thread. For the first developed version 7 nominal dimensions M3-M12 are available. 7 sheets for determining the internal thread according to the light gap method and a further 7 sheets for determining the external thread. The nut must simply be screwed onto the template. If the nut can be screwed onto the blade without any problems, the thread fits and you can read the diameter and the pitch from the appropriate blade. Different blades are combined in a fan-shaped holding device.
